Terms of Service

By accessing or using A2Agent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides API access to third-party large language models through an OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible gateway. We are an infrastructure provider, not the creator of the underlying models.

The Service is intended for developers and businesses outside mainland China who can comply with applicable local laws, export controls, and third-party model provider policies.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use paid features.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Activity under your account is your responsibility.

Do not share API keys publicly, embed them in client-side code, or resell access in violation of these Terms or upstream provider restrictions.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, malware distribution, spam, fraud, harassment, attempts to bypass provider safeguards, or any use that violates model provider terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, excessive risk, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

Usage is billed according to the published model rates, plan terms, and any applicable account or group multipliers shown in the dashboard.

Prepaid balance and subscriptions are consumed as requests are processed. Except where required by law, fees already consumed for completed API usage are non-refundable.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice on the website or dashboard. Continued use after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

Subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged using your saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription Management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Trial periods (if offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Each user is eligible for one trial per plan.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Upstream model providers, network conditions, maintenance, and rate limits may affect performance.

We may modify, deprecate, or remove models, endpoints, or features at any time.

The A2Agent platform, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Model outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

You retain rights to your prompts and application code, subject to provider policies and applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the Service.
