We design the platform to minimize retention of sensitive content. We do not use customer prompts or model outputs to train our own models.

Payment-related records processed through our payment partners. Full card numbers are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.

We do not intentionally store request or response bodies for ordinary API traffic beyond what is strictly necessary for transient processing, debugging you explicitly request, or legal compliance.

Do not send secrets, regulated personal data, or other sensitive information through the API unless you have assessed the risk and have a lawful basis to do so.

You can rotate or revoke API keys at any time from the console.

If you access the Service from outside the country where our infrastructure is hosted, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
